24 英寸大口径干涉仪系统
ZYGO 的水平轴扩束器可以将 4 英寸干涉仪的原生口径尺寸增加到 12 英寸、18 英寸、24 英寸甚至 32 英寸，实现了对大尺寸光学元件和光学系统进行高精度的干涉测量。
卧式大口径系统提供了独特的能力，可以保持两个独立的计量通道；一个是原生的 4 英寸干涉仪口径，另一个是扩展到 32 英寸的光束，将两个干涉仪合二为一。 当配置适当的配件时，大口径系统可用于测量表面面形轮廓和透射波前质量。
