ZYGO 长期以来被公认为是世界上干涉测试仪器的先行者,已经设计和制造了许多特殊装备的干涉仪系统,包括NIR、SWIR、MWIR 和 LWIR 波长的系统。  ZYGO 还设计和制造了一系列用于这些波长的参考光学器件(透射球面镜和透射平面镜)。
